Onramp Money has confirmed ongoing technical integration with Pi Network, with full functionality now expected by August 2025. The timeline follows widespread reports of failed transactions where users' fiat was deducted without corresponding Pi token receipts.

Vietnamese users appear disproportionately affected, with some waiting over 96 hours for pending transactions. Onramp Money has explicitly warned against further PI token purchases until infrastructure upgrades are complete, noting all stuck transactions will automatically process upon launch.
